Welcome to InspireClicks.co ("App"), an application built for use within the Canva platform. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and any related services, content, features, or functionality provided by Inspireclicks.co ("we," "us," or "our").
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
The App enables users to create and embed interactive website components and widgets inside Canva designs and Canva websites, including but not limited to:
- FAQs
- Carousels and sliders
- Tabs and accordions
- Interactive content blocks
- Website UI components
- Other embeddable widgets and interactive elements
The App is intended to enhance user-created Canva content and websites with interactive functionality.
2. Relationship with Canva
The App is independently developed and operated by Inspireclicks.co and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Canva unless explicitly stated.
Your use of Canva itself is governed by Canva's own terms, policies, and developer platform requirements, including:
If there is a conflict between Canva's policies and these Terms regarding Canva platform usage, Canva's policies will control.
3. Eligibility
You may use the App only if:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; and
- Your use complies with all applicable laws and Canva platform policies.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content, data, text, images, branding, or materials you create or upload using the App ("User Content").
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- Host,
- Process,
- Store,
- Render, and
- Deliver
your User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the App.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content:
- Does not violate any law or regulation;
- Does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Does not contain malicious code, spam, or harmful material; and
- Complies with Canva policies and community standards.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any law or regulation;
- Infringe intellectual property rights;
- Distribute malware, deceptive code, or harmful scripts;
- Create unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or fraudulent content;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- Interfere with Canva services, APIs, infrastructure, or other users;
- Circumvent platform restrictions, security measures, or usage limitations;
- Use the App in a way that violates Canva's developer or acceptable use policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for prohibited activity.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services, hosting providers, APIs, analytics tools, or external content.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, security, or content. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update the App or any feature at any time without liability.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability,
- Error-free operation,
- Compatibility with all Canva features,
- Preservation of data indefinitely, or
- Uninterrupted service.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, branding, design, code, and functionality, is owned by Inspireclicks.co or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not:
- Copy,
- Modify,
- Reverse engineer,
- Resell,
- Redistribute, or
- Create derivative works from the App.
9. Privacy

You acknowledge that we may process certain technical and usage data necessary to operate the App.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY,
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
- NON-INFRINGEMENT,
- SECURITY,
- RELIABILITY, AND
- AVAILABILITY.
We do not guarantee that the App will always function with Canva websites, browsers, devices, or future Canva platform updates.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSPIRECLICKS.CO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR USD $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inspireclicks.co, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App;
- Your User Content;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:
- You violate these Terms;
- We are required to do so for legal or platform compliance reasons; or
- Continued operation becomes commercially or technically impractical.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling or discontinuing use.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Austria, excluding conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Austria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting within the App or associated website.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
